At the college where I work, we use Captionate for captioning videos, and we use the JW FLV player for displaying the video. The file produced by Captionate is used to create an XHTML formatted file for the transcript. 

Becky, what are your recommendations for providing a transcript of the video? XHTML formatted web page, Word document, plain text document, or accessible PDF?</description>
